SRV door frames
« on: June 02, 2016, 03:07:46 AM »
Hello all,
After the recent auctions, I've been inspired to make some SRV style door frames and spare wheel carriers for my RFSV. Could anyone with information, photos or plans of them please post them up here. I have some some idea of how they are put together.

6X6 Infantry Carrier 11/199 ARN 202238
4X4 RFSV 6/1991 ARN 51673
No.5 half tonne ARN 101525 & PT2-2 11/2001 ARN 203941

Ok folks.
Unfortunately, the only edtail photos I have are not so crash hot. Poor light and the door pocket hides a bit of detail.
The RPS is much more detailed with dimensions of plates etc detailed. The frames themselves are too complex to have specs listed, but they just basically fit the door hole. other measurements (wheel supports/ cross braces) can be interpolated.
Eagle eyes will see the RPS numbers do not start at 001. The missing numbers relate to the sheet prior which was for the standad (cut-down) doors. N/A for this.
Kind Regards, Barefoot Dave.

Hey mate, where do I go to get the RPS?

Been having trouble getting the size of the images down to upload here. will have another go today.
I won't release the full rps because of real or perceived OpSec reasons.
