Painted my ayg8038 wheels that I bought for a trailer build. I also used joseph lyddy dry-seal on the canvas of my FFR. I had the wheels sandblasted and primed and i coated them in OD. Now im in the market for new rubber for the perentie and ill use the xzl's on the trailer wheels.

Changed tie rod ends as per Carzee recommendations.
Tried to change Steering Box Drop Arm but unsuccessful... will get mechanic to remove.
Glad to have Albert in the shed when the massive hail storm hit western Sydney.
Tied up some loose ends with cable ties and tried to realign the drivers door .....by that time it was beer a clock and alls well.
👍

I rubbed Lanolin spray into the paint to bring some life back into it, drove it into a lucerne paddock to take some nice photos and the sheep came up for a look! - my two favorite things together at the same time, doesn't get better than that Lol

Any other people with photos of what they did in their Perentie??

Cheers
Scott

I did not know you were from newzeeland

;D   THANKS DUGITE, for the photo on page 36  with the camera and reverse lamp , I basically am doing the same thing although mine is going to be mounted on my spare tyre carrier which i have made and fitted to my rfsv , my spare carrier swivels down with a small leg on it that keeps the spare at the horizontal line when it is down , i have built in and made up an extension bar  made up of spring steel  and am going to put my camera and reverse light on that, hopefully making it a lot easier to get my spare out to use it , please don't ask me to send you a photo of it as i don't know how to do this , thanks for the great idea on both the camera and the light , do, you go to  the corowa swim in, I am thinking of coming over next year for the land rover celebrations,TONA.
