I gave mine a going over with lanolin on the weekend , it seems to last a few months . Make sure to wipe off excess as it can look streaky / blotchy. I recently did my rims in green camo colour. I think they came out OK.

Took a little spin up to Launceston last weekend for a well earned break, from Myrtle Park we headed bush to Bellingham at the mouth of Pipers River, then a beach run to Double Sandy Point and Lunch on the dunes, from there to Bridport for a coffee and back to camp.
Perentie went amazing even with stupid me having the handbrake on along the last section of beach >:(
