do share the sneaky pic.  I hope to check them out on tuesday

Here are the photos, taken with my phone with my arm fully stretched out to reach over the fence with the mesh over it (trying to explain why they're so awful).

...

Also some interesting things in this shot too - black Perentie with grey bullbar (?), AFM's promotional Snr Com.

...

I took a picture of the black Perentie two years ago. My guess is that it was AFM's in-house attempt at the promotional civilianised Perentie before they got KLR to make the proper version.

The Demonstrator???

Nup.
Black Ops.

Probably don't care as they know they are going to get good money for it as is. Have a look at pic #18. The fan is on back to front and won't help with the cooling like it is. Hope whoever buys it picks it up before any long travelling.
The blades are still angled the correct way, just a bit closer to the engine. As long as it doesn't foul on anything it should still be efficient so long as the shroud is in place.

Using the curved outwards rear side of the blade will make it much less efficient whether the shroud is there or not.

Yeah but, in the photo, the convex side is to the radiator and the concave side is to the motor. i.e. on correctly.

Have another look at the photo, the motor turns clockwise from the front. If you reckon that fan is on the correct way you better have a look at the ones on your vehicles.

So, the fan is meant to be pushing the air out through the radiator. Is that what you are trying to say? In that case, turning the fan around won't make much difference. You'll have to change the angle on the blades.

Still looks ok to me, or they're all wrong.

You're not looking at the photo Mick, see if you reckon this fan is on the same way as the 2 you posted?

I reckon they will both work but the concave verse convex is to quieten the fan noise :)

Bit of confusion happening here. Bearman replied to the "Demonstrator" (Lot 18) link and said that pic 18 showed the fan on backwards. The fan on Lot 18 is actually on the right way around (in pic 17). However, the Personnel Carrier (Lot 14) DOES have the engine fan mounted on the wrong way around and this WILL inhibit radiator cooling. Small error, but well spotted, Bearman.

Did that before christmas. Got my new glasses and, boy, they are sharp.
Pity everything else is worn out.

Lets have a stab at the final bid on the 4x4 Wagon Personnel Carrier, 483468)
$21,609!   Plus GST + Fees.

FFRMan is the closest guess, but what should he win?
