Perenties and trailers coming through the current auctions have seen the new owners of these vehicles seeking sources of original parts and the suppliers who made them. The only Army light trailers to feature brakes (Cooks 750Kg, Haulmark 750Kg PT1-2, and Haulmark 1250Kg PT2-2), all conveniently share the same brake components, made in Australia by Cebco (Note that the RAAF 750Kg Track Trailer uses AL-Ko brakes). Like many other component suppliers to the Perenties, Cebco has been fielding a lot of inquiries for their trailer braking components, so much so that their
HOME PAGE now actually features the military trailers. Clicking on the picture of each type will take you to the component page for each trailer, complete with pictures (but no prices

). Of course, the pic for the Cooks Trailer is actually of the 750Kg Haulmark, but the brakes are the same!
These parts fit right and are the original OEM, and while perhaps the Disc Rotors might one day become discontinued (LR stud pattern), the rest of the components continue to be used in the Haulmark trailers being built for the G-Wagens, so should remain in production and in stock for many years to come. Don't let that stop you from buying a few bits to stash away.
