It's a civilian non rotating pintle. I bought one of those pintles and a lunette for less than that.
It's the rotating military type that's worth the money.

They've been on ebay for quite some time. I suspect he may have bought a few from the disposal auctions.
They don't look like the mudguards in my Mk3.
I'd love to know what they're from.

They are from an Inter Mk3 or Mk4. The guard in front of the rear wheel, one either side!
