Can I suggest that I would imagine that should resources get tight over at AULRO ( as they often seem to), then REMLR will be the first casualty if resources need freeing up. SO......we should all be copying and pasting anything we think improtant or relevant and reposting it here. I know you can't copy whole threads, but there is some stuff that can be brought across this way  ;D

despite rumors to the contrary, i am a very strong supporter of REMLR

i get a bit sick of the petty drivel continually sprouted by those with an agenda sometimes but i continue to support it where i can or am allowed.

the REMLR section on AULRO is going no where and will be there as long as AULRO is around, but feel free to bring the data over as it would be much more convenient in the long run.

 ;)

I know it is possible with some forum software to transfer the info across. Is it possible to do that in this case? If it were would you consider it?

Hey, I was going to post that news !!!!

http://www.aulro.com/afvb/remlr/

And im moving this thread to the news forum ;)

Yes, it's back as an archive.  A couple have suggested that we search for information, especially technical and move it into these forums, Tommy, I know that is one you love.  If there is interest from people to get that information, perhaps that goes into one thread here to be included in the restoration hints and tips page on the REMLR website itself?  But I have no time to do it, others would have to take the time to do that.

As to moving threads over here, I don't think that the 2 forum softwares are compatible in that way, and a lot of userames are not on here as well, so a heap would be mindless guest posts and make little sense. Better where it is, although I need to set p a link back to it from here or on the remlr forum page on the main website.

it is not possible for some of the reasons richard mentions and a couple of others as well due to the customisations done on aulro...

I have made this as a post on AULRO in the Military vehicle forum ( http://www.aulro.com/afvb/showthread.php?p=1693362#post1693362 ).

If you have a thread on your own vehicle in the REMLR Archived forum and you want to continue posting about it in AULRO, then I have permission to move that thread to the appropriate military vehicle forum.

No other types of threads will be moved.

Diana

Do you think I could move my THINGS IVE LEARNT  thread just even into GENERAL section..?  (Its taken a while to compile...)
