Hello Ross, the 6x6 is more capable than it looks I have taken a few different vehicles through the deserts in oz and the 6x6 compares very well with them, the small issues would be physical dimensions, weight and probably the biggest would be turning circle. It didn't get stuck on any dunes that the 4x4s didn't. The up side was having the luxury of not having to set up or down a camp and the capacity of carrying 150L of water and 370L of fuel. Since I spoke to you last I removed my dust collector which I think has made a difference be it small to my egt's. In the last week I have refitted the std non wastegated garrett which combined with the 3" exhaust, intercooler and injector pump tuning it's not bad ( which was the setup for the simpson/ madagan trip). Sorry about the limited photos I am more into taking landscapes. Thanks Dave.
