Series III jerry can straps
« on: December 29, 2016, 08:10:54 PM »
Just doing some work on the jerry can holders on my FFR and wondered if anyone has the straps.

I guess something could be made up but some pictures would help.

Thanks,
Colin

I bought a set of Jerry can straps for my Perentie from Robco in Sydney. I'm not sure how the Series 3 straps would differ but Robco are very helpful on all that sort of thing.

I just got a cheap pair of ratchet straps and cut the hooks off, fed the hook loop through the holder and put a pin through so it wouldn't go back through the hole then cut the webbing to length, ratchet mounted to the rear and strap to the front (tub) side. i feed the strap over under over through the handle and they never move.
So many Landy's, None going :(
