Just bored and looking back at what I have done over the past 17 years, I picked on 172-562, here is an old image of it being moved
so I could assessing the damage that had been caused to it by not looking after it, especially after beach work
I A framed it about 2k's through back streets to my place, where it underwent a complete strip down, it took a bit of time to do so
and to prepare to rebuild it from the ground up
note the port n coke, tis what I sipping on now LOL, from memory I re-assembled the chassis with diffs/springs etc in under 14 hours
but I couldn't finish the front rhs axle because I couldn't find the 3 flat strip tabs to secure the stub axle, I had painted them black they
were still on the painted cardboard but being colour blind I couldn't see them LOL, it was all fixed the next morning, and a shot taken many months later
anyway it's been a cold miserable day here, way too cold for the shed, cheers Dennis
