6x6 dash lights

Hi, our 6x6 dash light circuit has a 10 amp fuse installed, will this blow the dash bulbs? They are not working, also the cigar lighter and the 6x6;warning light when the PTO is engaged for six wheel drive. Six wheel drive is working. Thanks heaps. James

Dashlights: It's usually the dimmer.

Dimmer looks brand new, I will try to bypass it. To test
