Thanks Scott

I took your advice before going to work and saved the others

6x6 Flat Top Truck - Mack R6X6 NIL with Crane 03/1989 Lot No: 0004-7003801 AU$30,909

6x6 Flat Top Truck - Mack R6X6 NIL with Crane 04/1984 Lot No: 0005-7003801 AU$29,109

6x6 Flat Top Truck - Mack R6X6 NIL Lot No: 0006-7003801    AU$33,309

6x6 Flat Top Truck - Mack R6X6 NIL with Crane 02/1981 - Not Operational Lot No: 0007-7003801 AU$27,709

Heavy MC3 Machinery Trailer 02/1996 Lot No: 0036-7003801 AU$37,009

6X6 Tipper truck - 4/1984 Mack R6X6 NIL 6X6 Lot No: 0012-5007077 AU$25,609

6X6 Tipper truck - 12/1982 Mack R6X6 NIL 6X6 Lot No: 0015-5007077 AU$31,009

6X6 Tipper truck - incomplete & not operational - Lot No: 0016-5007077   AU$12,809

6X6 Flat top truck - incomplete & not operational. Lot No: 0017-5007077 AU$4,609

Flat Top Triaxle Semi Trailer - Maxicube Fruehauf F.300ST H/Duty 7/1989  Lot No: 0091-5007077 AU$15,809

Very surprised the 6X6 Macks went for more than the S-Line inters, but I guess its a different market.  The rough terrain trailers were a surprise also.

AAVA could pay commercial rates to float vehicles to do parades in Perth and still not spend the $60K price of a single truck and trailer.  We'll have to win Lotto!

The clamps are (if I recall) stretcher clamps, to allow stretchers to be clamped in place in the vehicle.

I think this Sea King might have bent it's drivers side mirror when it landed on it's side one time, so should be parts vehicle only and go cheap! Lol

As long as it hasn't got a broken Jesus nut, it should be O.K.!  :)

While all our attention has been focussed on Aust Frontline Machinery/ Graysonline, has there been anything itneresting happening with the usual auction houses, ie Mannheim and Pickles?

There must be an awful lot of spare parts no longer required that needs to be sold off.

I was told that the army would hold on to the majority of there spares until they had got rid of each model

They are still using them somewhere.  Dont see and landies on the road out here at broken hill anymore just g wagens and bushmasters on road trains

The fleet of rovers is still well and truely in use, only a small percentage have been sold to date.  AFM do have hte contracts to do everything from whole vehicles, to containers of nuts and bolts, so 99% to 100% will come out from them.
