The Registry Of Ex-Military Land-Rovers Au, NZ, etc Australian Army Land-Rovers in South Vietnam

Thanks to Merv P. for these photos taken during his unit's tour of South Vietnam.

The photographs have labels for the each of the men and feature either their Series 2 Convoy Escort/Gunbuggy or their Series 2A ¾ Ton GS. Merv's unit, 87 Transport Platoon, was an independent platoon and used RAASC company tacs. In-country from April '66 till April '67, they were the only transport unit since WW2 to go overseas to a war zone as a unit and return as a unit.
