We have a couple of ministers in the LROCS and there is an Anglican 4WD club as an outreach of one of the local parishes.

Why not a mil vehicle enthusiast as a congregation member.

What plates are on it???

I have looked thru the AWM files and it could be this famous one parked near a famous surfing spot? Goes with that famous quote:

"You smell that? Do you smell that? Napalm, son. Nothing else in the world smells like that. I love the smell of napalm in the morning. You know, one time we had a hill bombed, for twelve hours. When it was all over I walked up. We didn't find one of 'em, not one stinkin' dink body. The smell, you know that gasoline smell, the whole hill. Smelled like … victory."-

Good lines weren't they.

I'm wondering why Kilgore is wearing a cravat type thing. Something to do with neckerchiefs and cowboys perhaps.
Its yellow...

The cravatt and the hat and badge are a throwback to the US Mounted Cavalry of the previous century.
