Slowly going through each post on the forum and i couldn't resit this one.
The AIF blokes referred to marching behind the piper was MY mob (the Australian Great War Association (Vic)), the hobnails were mine as I'm the only one with them fitted

All the marching, drill and blank firing was by us the other stationary blokes were the 18th bttn from NSW,
every chance I got I snuck away from the lines to go look at the landys parked near us,
It was a GREAT weekend. I was lucky enough to be there for two days, (the second was a private tour of the AWM and I even got to have a perv in the "not on display at the moment" armory when we had to put our Smle's in for the night)
