That would be the thorycroft - powered by a straight 8 rolls royce petrol (very thristy beasts)

Here is photo of one of the early TACR-1Land Rovers(taken from the TACR-1 register) that I was heavily involved in restoring over 20 years ago now. It belongs to Steve Shirley of the Manston Fire Museum.

Remember the International fire tender well. I used them when I was a RAAF firefighter . there were two type ,one was an airfield fire tender (Roof water cannon,first two photos)) and one was classed as a domestic tender(No water cannon,second two photos). RAAF version were painted Yellow or camo green . I will have to see if I can dig up the photos .
