The boot man is a good friend and helped a lot - but nowadays... who can you trust with hi tech complicated watchamacallits such as hammers?

The shed was held together with screws anyway the hammers were just for lining the sheets up

whoops, probably time for some updates; June & July was super busy on another project, it went well.

Aug/06 Some original paint perhaps? There does only appear to be two coats, a deep green under a olive drab.

Aug/06 Front has all its toughness removed

Aug/06 Worst rust in entire vehicle; only in end cap (sides fine)

Aug/07 Mud/dirt/dust removal waterfall to try and get at tub bolts

Aug/24 Tub up on bricks awaiting stronger help

Aug/26 Rear crossmember

Aug/26 Rear crossmember

Aug/26 Mid chassis

Aug/26 Mid chassis

Aug/26 Interior

Aug/31 Windscreen removal

Aug/31 Hotrod

I only seem to get half an hour daylight to work on it, and thats the days I go straight home on time. Maybe twice a week. As summer hits and more hours become available, more progress can happen. Took radiator out yesterday, was half full of red rust water. Not really pic worthy.

Thats all for now.

 :)
I was there to help lift off the rear tub. 50+ years after Land-Rover staff put it on. Amazingly... no rust under there. Good stuff.
