Minikegs Château - 'Agro'
« on: February 25, 2013, 11:54:26 PM »

Well. I guess for the time-being you will have to use your imagination, however right there is the future site of my soon-to-be-acquired 88" Command Reconnaissance code-named 'Agro'.

Its slowly making the trip from Breeza (near Gunnedah) to near enough here, its taken two weeks already and moved 0m. Im being patient while the transport truck keeps breaking down in the hopes that it becomes cheaper..  :-X

Some pics;

And thats about all I know of it till it arrives.

They look like the spider webs in the CES, so I would say Genuine Army issue ;)

I'd guess the insects/crawlies dodged the screens/defenses at the front end (like on the grille) and found a small gap in security at the back end.

Don't worry about the live stock inside the old girl. My FC had 35 yrs of chook crap among other rubbish in it. Just get a high pressure washer that will fixem.
Take out any instruments etc that may be water sensitive.
Good find, enjoy the rebuild.

this fortnights update:

Hi Scott....we have been flooded in for 4 days..had     over 8" rain....just went to town today.
I spoke to our friend in there  who is organising the truck...he said a few dramas there but motor men at Hornsby are still working on rebuilding a motor...said they are going as fast as they can...

thank you for being patient Scott...the floods have receeded now and the countryside looks lovely...
I spoke with the truck repairers this morning..they believe it will be ready by Wednesday.However we are going to Sydney on Friday for the weekend and will most likely take someone with us to drive it home  on Friday and make sure it all goes ok.....so at this stage all being ok we should get to the other property one day next week and will bring the landrover back then...will keep you informed
