Any idea whats going on over here in the west. No Perenties at AFM auctions for the last couple of months.
Does anyone know if ADF have any left over here in storage or what.

There are stocks still in storage at JLU West, I'm told a number have been transported east though.

no comment as to the reason.

I'm also told the remaining RFSV's here are not expected to be listed for quite some time, citing 'operational requirements'.

No comment also.

:)

Operational requirement= when we flat bed the GSRV in and find we need a part from Austria,  we'll 1 for 1 an RFSV out to the patrol  ;)

Could you get THIS to Corowa? It's cheaper than a Perentie at the moment.

MSA Wallaroo.

Todays Army News has a full page advert for reservists wanted to help with online disposals... Interesting.

I purchased my 110 in the March Auctions, I rang Frontline Machinery before the Auction asking when they expect to have stock in Adelaide other than trailers. They suggested having a good look at the East Coast stock in QLD, NSW and VIC as that was the last big stock for a while with the next Auctions only having 110's in Sydney. They seemed to be telling the truth as this month only Sydney has 110's. The woman I spoke to said she expected a reduction in 110 stock available for sometime. Thats what I was told, but as we all know, goal posts sometimes change.

Ring John or Alan at (Gray's) Minto and they will tell you what is expected and when, however they may not be getting too much information from AFM in advance, but they do find out for you.

Spotted a load of Perenties on a semi headed south of Wodonga on the Hume today. Maybe Vic AFM will have them for auction.

Well, some bargains to be had at the latest auction.
How was the rebuilt Perentie FFR with 127km on the clock for under $10k.
I wonder if the lack of bonnet tool mounts turned the cashed up enthusiasts away?

At least some of the tool brackets and fittings were in boxes in the back - I do not know if this was the case with every vehicle.

it was indeed an interesting auction with some of the previous interest dropping off. It looked like all the 'painted' 110's had the tool holders etc in a box in the rear. I did notice the lack of service books being noted as available which would put off a few, it would me. Has the market met saturation with all of those keen fans now owning a 110?

Was it rebuilt? Thought it was paint job and tidy up not bare chassis rebuild

I'm hearing a lot will be held onto up til 2022, especially special variants.

So prices might hold up
Lots...............

Most of it looked very clean and new.
