Had a hunt thu them today, as a rank amateur , under guidance from the Frontline guys (extra attachment at the bottom of the box) I could only see this on the 6x6 units. If you had a 6x6 an impressive brand new looking box there.

I was looking at the 4 4x4 boxes and none that I could see had a similar component. There were lots of 6x6 boxes with it so I assume most 6x6 have winches. Should have taken a pic Which PTO did you spot? Obviously the 6x6's have the third axle PTO, but did they have the PTO on the inspection plate for the winch? Is that what you meant by 'bottom of the box' ? So all 6x6 gearboxes have the winch PTO?
Hehe. Lot Number: 0073-5016118 is obviously where the drugs are stashed!
I take it you don't require a spare wheel in NSW to obtain a blue slip?http://www.graysonline.com/lot/0018-5016118/transport-trucks-and-trailers/land-rover-110-4x4-surveillance-reconnaissance-soft-top-06-1991
Very strange, and not useful if you get a flat tyre.
