is this model fitted with air con ?. the picture of the engine bay shows a a/c compressor.
Quote from: Phoenix
So is anybody bidding on IPV 7 ??
This vehicle does have A/C fitted, although I suspect the new owner will soon be familiar fitting new fanbelts as the pulleys are badly out of alignment and will throw belts readily. The plumbing for the A/C in the rear body is exposed and may not be "Family friendly".
the fans in the back in photo 3 are very close to the fan I have in my wood heater im thinking they would be the same lol
ill see you there in 4 hours im in a landrover

I decided to have a dabble with the auction today and finished up scoring 48 964 an FFR with a devil riding a cannon on the doors. Anyone know what that is for? Pheeny would you be able to put 48 964 on my list thanks.
I'll pick it up on Monday and drive back to Kal hopefully with no dramas

It's not a devil.
Google"Where the wild things are"
42 is an arty TAC  but not sure about 105 FB.
I have seen that unofficial door logo before but can't place.

Auction pic. I'll get a few once this vehicle  is in my hot little hands. Pity I won't have more time to hang around in Sydney.

After a not uneventful trip 48 964 is now residing in Kalgoorlie. I've learn't quite a lot about the vehicle and the bidding process so when I go after the next one I hope to do well. This FFR drives beautifully considering I drove it out of the Minto yard and for 3400 K's almost non stop.

Only problem was 2 blowouts due to the tubes rather than the tyres. The tubes on the left side were in poor condition. The lvehicle had been sitting for 2 years and I guess the sunny side copped a lot of heating and cooling.
They blew near Nullarbor and east of Madura resulting in the other half driving 800 K's to bring a couple of spares and me having a 24 hour camp out

There will be a cost. Just buying it blew the brownie points. The radio batteries were still in place and one is charging at present. All the 24 volt system is in place so I will put the rest of the gear in including 77 sets and antennae
