RFSV front end vibration
«
on:

I get a severe vibration in the front axle when between 80 and 95 k's. Has anyone had this problem? I've replaced the steering damper with no change.

G'day Mate.
Familiar with the death wobbles.
Try the swivel housing shims for an easy fix.

Problem solved. The tie rod had broken and was loose. An original part, common problem A new one from KLR sorted that. Drives beautifully now.
