Twin pulley belt No.'s
« on: November 30, 2012, 10:49:16 AM »
I need to buy a matched set of Fan belts for 2.25 lt. 4 cyl. engine.
Being military are they a special set/number ?

I'm running a set of Bosch 11A1055 on my twin pulleys but I'm also using an alternator, so the belts may be a different size to the ones you need.

Run a piece of string around the fan pulley, generator/alternator and crank pulley, to get an idea of the length you need.

Thanks Jack, much appreciated.
My son found a pair in a box of parts from the 113-990 rebuild. I will take them and get a set.
Thanks again.

I realize that this is old message but have just  joined.  I run twin belts in my 109 and they are marked M41 cannot remember the brand but that number will be known by any dealer.  Cheers   Bluey
