Yes, winched. By the looks the winch cable has never been run out.
Open to offers- not sure what they are selling for atm.

donot go on the odometer as they were replaced when the vehicle went through midlife rebuilt and they replaced the speedo and were never calibrated.

So, that would be "low kilometers since refurbishment".
However......
I would point out not all have had the speedometer replaced. Mine had a genuine 80,000km on the odometer. Some that were sold around the time mine sold had a genuine 1,000km and genuine 2,000km since new. You could tell that from the GM120.
This may very well be a genuine low km unit.
Price? People are advertising them for $20,000 to $60,000. The recent ones I have seen sold on the private market had a selling price of between $9,000 to bolow $20,000.
A recent one in Fishwyk passed in at a little over $22k on the "carbids" auction site.

That is ok Mick I was working at  South Qld logistic group in veh stores in early 2000s and they were going through mid life refurbishment / rebuilt and the entire fleet in qld was rebuilt between 2000 - 2005. Some were completed by the Defence workshop, tenix-toll and contractors. Basically  they we completely rebuilt from front bumper bar to jerry can holders.

Yes. A lot were. It was noted in their GM120.
But not every one. Why totally rebuild one with only 1000km on the clock?

Having said that, mine had done about 80,000km when sold but it had about $80,000 in maintenance done to it just before it was sold. That was noted in the GM120.
