Canvas Cordage + Garden Tools
« on: April 07, 2023, 03:33:49 PM »
G'day fellows,

does anyone have some sort of instruction, formal or informal, on how to lace the cordage on the canvas work for a 109" GS? I have nearly come to the stage of having 174-803 ready for ANZAC day & need to put the soft top on. Also does anyone recall the PNos for the Cyclone "Garden Tools" fitted to the front guards? I have an original shovel but need a handle + pick + axe for fitment.

Cheers

Barra

For the Canopy Barra, have a look on the REMLR site under Restoration Information, Series 2 2A canopy information.

There are a couple of good hints there.

For the gardening tools, the same Restoration Information page has a link to the Complete Equipment Schedule info. There is a visual CES guide that details the appropriate tools there.

I hope this helps, let us know if you need any photos etc,

Cheers,

Mike.
