Perentie 4wd Brake master, is it compatible with XD Falcon?

Gday all,

Just a quick question, does anyone here know if the PBR brake master P10050 fit the 4wd Perentie?  It certainly looks the same, but I can't find any reference that's definitive either way.  It's a lot cheaper than the 'Perentie' one from parts suppliers.

Chris, Just be careful you get the correct one. There are 2 types in this model, one is 1" and the other is 15/16", make sure you get the 1" one. Fords and Holdens had the sloped reservoir whereas the Perenties had the level reservoir. You can change the reservoirs from one onto the other is yours is still in good condition.

Hey Bearman,

Thanks so much for your reply, I'll be sure to look for the 1 in version.  Might see if I can buy it physically as opposed to over the internet.  These things don't seem to be very carefully numbered from the maker to aid ID.   The Perentie one has nothing on top or on the sides.  The reservoir is ok, top seal is toasted and I suspect the seals have had it too.  Thanks!
