morning all
seeking clarification on the following landrover crew cab 6*6 what were the used for were the supposed to be the gun tractor for the hamel

They were used for the PARAKEET Radio Relay Assemblage (RRA). The rear canopy, frame and tray sides/tail gate were removed in this role.

Once the RRA was withdrawn from service they were likely used for more general purposes - but not as a gun tractor that I’m aware of.
