Have you tried an automotive parts store such as Supercheap or Bursons?
Should be able to get what you want there.

Yes, ordered one after talking to APV safety products got a code of K6560. This gives me a 300 mm floor mounted stalk R/H mount and a lap belt. Burdons supplied it. Thanks
