The front end may also have hit a pothole or big rock at 40 kmh.......front pivots take a severe hammering on a 4x4 ....so the careful amongst you might be advised to have your components crack tested at regular intervals......Ever had a front tyre on a truck blow out on the freeway,and headed into the lanes of oncoming traffic out of controll....When the dust clears ,youre in the weeds on the other side ,cars piled up all over the road.

I am the only one who has driven it since the balls were replaced, and it never hit a pothole or anything else, not even much in the way of corrugations. Undoubtedly a manufacturing fault, the fault of no-one in Australia.
