IUK10 was the designation I gave the vehicle. International Unknown 10 indeed is what it stood for. THe database requires that an arn was entered, and were vehicles are unknown we put in a notation like that. If you look at the bottom of the Inter pages there are a couple of unknowns usually, although today's update eliminated a lot of the unknown vehicles.
So in essense that was the identifier, and I had information on the owner, just not precisely who or where that person was for whatever reason.
