They have a definite look like their from the Bartlett trailer "Safe T Chain" product line. See $$$
https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Trailer-Safety-Chain-Attachment-Kits-10mm-System-Trailer-Side-/110985427249

for similar pin design.

So maybe check out a truck wreckers or maybe swap meets.

Pretty simple to make a lookalike with a angle grinder, drill and a welder....and a bit of scrap steel.....total cost... very little.

Until it breaks, causing damage or injury, and is not compliant so insurance is void... I can't imagine you are required to have compliant shackles and not be required to have compliant mounts.

KMan  I believe in WA unfortunately that this may be the case.  I have not confirmed it, nor would I try it, but I read on another site that in WA the laws are a nonsense requiring compliant shackles and chain but doesn't cover who can weld or attach the chains, so maybe here any home learner welder can have a go.  Hopefully this is wrong.

Just a thought, maybe the safety chain attachments are supposed to part of the towing deviceinstallation and are covered by its compliance?

Compliant shackles are not required, they are advised.
There is a difference.

There is a difference.

The Western Australian government advises shackles have to be suitable for the load, it states.

A suitable shackle is where:
a) The shackle is rated and complies with Australian Standard AS 2741-2002
“Shackles” or other equivalent recognised standard; and
b) The break load limit of the shackle is rated at least 1.5 times greater than the ATM of the trailer.
Example
(break load limit at least 1.5 times ATM)
Trailer ATM        Shackle Rating
750kg               1125kg
1000kg             1500kg

I haven't read Australian Standard AS 2741-2002 “Shackles” but I wouldnt be surprised if it required rated shackes in other states also.

The in WA the rated chain cant be shacked at the trailer end it must be welded and the weld must cover at least 50% of the length of the link.  It is now required in WA that the rated chain must be marked on each link with its rating but this is reasonably new and I understand not retrospective

I've been pulled over in Vic and had the shackles checked. As well as the electric brakes, he wanted to see the red light come on the knob in the car when I pressed the brakes.
Lots...............

In Qld,every link of the chain must be stamped...(and the speed shops are selling a lot of fake Chinese chain and shackles)......which is of course a nonsense,as the AS for HT chain only requires one stamped link every meter......And the shackle must be stamped......but the shackle can be attached thru a hole punched in 1/8 " steel gusset on the certified towbar, with a margin of 1/8" between the hole and sheared edge.....And the cops are pulling up and penalizing ,my sister in law was pulled with a horsefloat......The cop picked the wrong victim, and ended up in court being cross examined by a QC.......They dont like it up em!..............And I might add, nothing that the army has is civilian compliant............not one of the mod plates required are fitted, which you find out when you buy a commercial type truck from the army.......So your tow hitch and safety chain attachment dont  have any civilian compliance,anyway................I might add,the most risky thing I see all the time is welding of ductile iron casting trailer couplings.....also el cheapo from the speed shops.

Not associated to the seller (except I used to deliver his bread a long time back at Blackbutt...) but All4x4Spares at Kotara are currently wrecking a Perentie 4x4 (since January). Some items off it are on feebay but some are not. It would be worth a phone call.
