MK4 Inter in original condition
« on: May 14, 2018, 02:03:07 PM »
After a couple of false starts and now I've thought about it more it's definitely up for sale and priced accordingly.

I took the old thread down because it was filing up with crap posts

PM me if seriously interested, it is in condition when it left the army, couple of minor issues that need fixing - wheel cylinders and now I see the clutch slave weeping

Lots...............

Howdy, yeah it's yours for free if it's going back on the vehicle, there is only the passenger side, the drivers side (with the rooster) was still on the vehicle when I sold it to The guys you got it off.

I'm planning/thinking of going to Melrose next Easter, but that's a bit far away, maybe going through Pt Augusta in September on my way to Farina..............

Cheers
Scott

More detail was in the original thread. Why did you delete it, Scott?
It comes with all sorts of stuff including the auction catalogue for the auction the Army disposed of it.
And it is in really good original condition.

It is a beauty. I wanted to buy it with my Tattslotto winnings. Unfortunately, my offer of $19 was rejected.

That would be shedded, not shredded.

Any more thoughts on my $19 offer?
I could also throw in my two "Free Scratchie" tickets.

Will you take $10 a bag for the cement or $100 for the lot including the pump? I am negotiable if you want to include the ladders and tennis racquets. Will you throw in the tyre to sit the pump on?

Scott, Whilst a MK 4 is outside of my experience (they were just starting to appear when I got out) I do hope that it went to a good home. I had a drive of one at Menangle a couple of years back and that was very nice. If I had the room I would buy an F1 but that will not happen even if a suitable one comes on the market. Hey, an old digger can dream can he not?
