For the sgsi Try ebay other than a museum I dont know anybody with a need for one most aircraft carriers come with one

For the Naval sgsi it could very well be a controlled substance and if American technology cover by ITAR regulations, might pay to check, no need to go to a Turkish prison for a "holiday"
