Filming for a (..nother) movie, Danger Close, relating the story of the Battle of Long Tan is currently being shot at Pimpama on the Gold Coast (apparently the the Pimpama River Conservation Area bears an uncanny resemblance to Phuoc Tuy Province!) I know Two L5s from the Lithgow area have gone North to be loaned for the filming, does anyone else have any input to the hardware to be featured in the film? (Various incl 2x UH-1B, 5x M113, 5x L5 105mm How, Inter water truck, etc, etc)

Anyone live near Pimpama/Jacobs Well area that can tell us of the nuisance sound of Hueys day and night?  ;D

They have a facebook page with lots of pics and info I have been following. Hueys fkying at night help you sleep no problems☺
