2A FFT TAC plate stencil?

I have just been updating the thread for 177 211, the 2A FFT. (Thanks very much photobucket, great business you have there....)

When I first saw the vehicle at Toolern Vale, it had quite a few coats of paint, some of which did not survive the pressure washer when it got home.

The Passenger side TAC sign had this stencil on it, one of the few markings it had.

A long shot, but can anyone have a guess as to what it said?

Also, as previously mentioned, it had these ETW 015 'number plates' front and rear, I never got a firm answer on where they came from either...

Perhaps Electronic Trade Wing.  I think it was a wing of the School of Sigs or Appy School.
