Yeah I've done both and baby oil is so much better and your car smell nice too! But seriously lanolin will leave white scum after about 6 months baby oil stays clean.

I used innox which worked great, I was a bit concerned it would get dust stuck all over it but it never seemed to.

Hi All,

Managed a few jobs on the weekend... Bought & installed the pioneer tools. When the weather is good - I will probably paint the handles black & the axe head green:

Then installed the air hose from the air filter to the drivers side wheel arch..

Then removed the spare wheel, inspeacted it & cleaned it.

I did take some photo's - but no matter how hard I try, I can't post more than 1 picture at a time per relpy..  >:(

Cheers,
GG.

You can do up to 3 pictures then just do a reply to post and add another 3 etc.

Hi Juddy,

Maybe it's the way that I am inserting my pictures... Here is the method that I use (and have been using on AULRO without issue)

I use "flickr.com". I go to the album, select the photo, select share, cut the "BBcode", then paste the "BBCode" into my reply.

Here is the new air filter pipe:

Now - when I try to do the exact same thing with my next photo I get an error "Error 403: Forbidden"

When I remove the 2nd photo (or any additional photos) - it works fine.

I've tried Firefox & Google Chrome - same issue.
I've tried cutting & pasting the "embed" code in Flickr - get the same error 403.
I've tried cutting & pasting the "BBcode" in Flickr, using the insert image button - get the same error 403.
I've tried cutting & pasting the "share" code in Flickr, using the insert image - but the picture doesn't show up.

How do you post up multiple photos in the same thread? And as an extension - are you using Flickr?

PS - When I first joined REMLR, I didn't experience this issue, although I was using Photobucket and the time and have moved across to Flickr..

Cheers,
GG.

Size of pic is most likely the problem you can try the attach option at the bottom of your post as well

Actually, I think the issue is the forum is seeing them as external web links, not pictures.

In the Post Reply box, instead of just pasting your link, try using the Insert Image button, the little Mona Lisa one just below the B for Bold font button, and pasting your link between the [.img][/img.] things it inserts. Your Flikr pics should work then.

None of the pics in the posts that you have updated today are showing for us as they are all hosted on Photobucket.

I think Photobucket has done itself no favours, making it a subscription only app.  I certainly wouldn't bother with it anymore, and it has made wonder when others such as flickr will also go the same way.

Hi Boys, The 5333 on the Christmas Tree is the unit number for 4 Field Regiment  RAA. Cheers, Mick

Yesterday I picked up a Haulmark 3/4 ton trailer from AFM Minto and it has one marking, Christmas Tree with 5333.
Logbook says all of service from new in 2005 to 2016 at Townsvl with 4Fd Regt.

Stevie bid on it when I was at work, didn't do any pre-bidding inspection, just needed a tailgate trailer, random choice by him, and it turned out to be a match to GG's FFR marking.  8)

Hi Boys,

If you jump on YouTube and search Australian Army - Dear Mum . You'll get to see 4 Fld on exercise circa 1975.

"Dear Mum" is a old recruiting film  good for a laugh and I love the sound of the power dividers as the F1's spear down the road.

A Molly Meldrum would say , do "yourself a favour".

Cheers,

Mick
