G'Day All.

Could someone be able to advise me on how to adjust the handbrake at the rear wheels

      Cheers

From what I can tell, the best way is to first adjust the rear brakes so they grip evenly.
Jack up both rear wheels and spin one while slowly tightening the adjuster until it starts to drag. Back the adjuster off 2 clicks. Do the same on the other side.

Next, pull the clevis pins on the rods that go to the wheels so you can get them even.

Make sure the handbrake lever is fully released. Adjust the main rod linking the handbrake lever to the rear pivot by winding in or out one of the clevis yokes until the pivot at the back axle has its maximum travel. Adjust the 2 rods that go from the pivot to the wheels so they have the same "slack" and refit the clevis pins.

Done.

You should not need to adjust handbrakes ,if your wheel service brakes are correctly assembled and adjusted. The handbrake not working is often a sign that the pushrods have fallen out of their sockets.Regards John.

There isn't an actual workshop manual for the 6x6 yet, but there is a User Handbook.
the link to it is http://www.remlr.com/documents/UHB/F1%20and%20F2%20User%20Manual.pdf

There is a Parts manual also.
It's link is http://www.remlr.com/documents/RPS/Inter/F1%20and%20F2%20RPS.pdf
It is one of the older versions and is hard to read in places. I should soon have a newer and much clearer version available. I am in the process of making a clickable index for it.

While there is no workshop manual for the 6x6's, there is one for the MK3. Much of it is relevant to the 6x6.
Usually it is split up into sections and you have to download them all separately, but if you want a single complete copy, I have it in a Dropbox folder.
You can get it here. https://www.dropbox.com/s/y1wootp8qwn2ck0/International%20MK3%20Service%20Manual.pdf?dl=0

The best way to get these manuals is to right-click the links and choose Save Link As which will let you save a copy for offline use.

Greg.
