Ffr perentie generator jockey wheel and generator pully
« on: September 18, 2016, 02:04:53 PM »
As the title reads i am after the adjustment jockey wheel and twin v pully from for perentie 28volt generator. My ffr is missing the jockey wheel and only has a single v pully on the front of the generator. Id like to see if i can get the 24v system going and try to use it to power some deep cycle batteries.
I am in melbourne but am happy to pay postage if you are interstate or far away.

Cheers. Ash.

Oh dam. I think i might forget about it and fab something at work.

Was thinking about fabricating them up too and given that they obviously fall off was also wondering about making them stay attached.  Even something as simple as a chain on the swing arm attached to the post mounting block would mean that you still have the part even if you lose the bolt.

It's a problem when we only attach the belts when you want to run the radios.

What about making them with a welded stud and then have a split pin on the end behind the nut?  That way even if the nut loosened up it couldn't fall off.
