113-185 is listed as a "Truck, Utility, 1/4 Ton, GS"
In the comments box it has "Vic. Archive Pic, Vietnam 17 Construction Sqn, Vietnam, 13.03.1969. 19292 Miles. 2A Condition."

It looked like it had a scoop on the top of the cab until I realised it was to open bonnet poking up.
The hardtop sitting outside might be off it.
With the antenna on the back, that thing in the middle would have to be a radio. Odd shape though.

Is the antenna off an armoured vehicle perhaps ?

Those three little boxes are about the right size for speakers..... but I can't see the radios anywhere... unless they're up front.

That box in the cargo area looks like a grenade ammo box.

Thanks for the pic :)

The hardtop appears to have different length legs front to back. This may indicate it is from a workshop platform.

Looks like an as1730 and at1095 off an armoured veh ,cant tell iff there is a mx6707 base there as all US radios at the time were 24 volt I would think a 25/77 set would be used and may be removed from the landy when not in use :)
