I'm not a member of aulro so that link doesn't work for me. Can someone please post some pics of that gubuggy at corowa?
Or the sellers contact info please.

20k, 10k too much, I had a good look, bulk head needs removing and full repair, a lot of paint over everything, doing a fresh paint resto! he said it was bought direct from army 25 years ago and he's looked after it - not sure about that!

"Lot 2536? And that was just the bid price, add the 12.5% buyers premium and it does seem a lot for 52 tons that was missing engine and drivetrain parts and could not move under it's own power."

Yes, 2536 - I misread.

Then the new owner has to get it aboard a transporter and get it all the way to Qld along with the OT810 semi-track. Expensive purchase to say the least.

I think the most expensive part will be getting it out of the actual building. Some knocking down and winching to be done.

And the Pinnacles is where the Series and Military live and along with the Technical areas are where most people on REMLR want to ask questions.
However yes you can view pictures but you are riding on the back of a private individual in SEQ who has to purchase and maintain the servers, pay for the internet pipe for the servers to reach the Land Rover world and all the costs of software.  (A bit like we at REMLR all ride on the back of Phoenix)

In this case, all 2short wanted to do was to view a photo the link pointed to which, in this case, is free.

$20k is only ww2 jeep money. A gun buggy is rare and desirable as far as land rovers go. Expect to pay $25k soon for an authentic machine with a good history.
