Wanted Hi Lift socket for RFSV

My Perentie has finally arrived but it looks like shipper broke a few things on my RFSV.

Lamp broken


Missing Hi Lift socket


I've ordered the replacement lamp but I'm unable to find the Hi Lift socket.  Anyone have one of these they would be willing to part with?
