Hi Frank

If you do proceed with the purchase of Peters kit there are a couple of things where I may be able to help out with.

1/ Next weekend I will be heading up to SEQ to pick up my civvy ex-RACQ 80" Landy and during the pickup will likely be meeting up with Peter with some S1 seat backs for his son's S1.  I will return to Sydney the same weekend.  In a couple of weeks time/probably beginning of June I will be heading to Churchill in SEVictoria.  So I could bring the radio kit with me.
2/ I can not see the mounting tray MT-1029, if its not with the rest of the kit I can probably supply one with the cable but not the 3 pin plug for $100 if you need it.

Hi Mick

The offer stands for anyone between Logan Village Qld and Churchill Vic who completes the deal to purchase from Peter P.

Can't be more fair than that.

Diana, Peter and Mick -

My Thanks to you - I have not heard from Peter. Once I have heard from him, I will arrange the necessary details.  Diana, I am very appreciative of your offer to collect the radio and supply the table and willingly accept - this will enable me to nearly complete 48-796.  (I will chase the 3 pin plug somewhere) -  I now need details to confirm with Peter that everything is okay; away we go, arrange payment to him and to you.  Further details to follow in accordance with REMLR guidelines. Again, my sincere thanks for sorting out the necessary details for this project. .

Diana I'd like to talk to you about your issues with AQIS as I may be in the same place.

My appreciation again

Frank

from the same seller.   I'd be happy with one of them.
Bit unwieldy to hang off the side of a FFR though.

Ah yes, been looking at similar kit from the U.S. to use as a UHF base antenna for base camps in the high country
This is cheap

FFRMAN - thanks for the information.  I am confused too -  but no problems.  I have dealt with the boys from Poland before some good and some bad. Transport costs are the killer.  Just trying to keep 48-796 as original as possible.

Cheers

Frank
