Hello all. As you all know life is, well busy! and i'm falling behind and so I'm looking for some helpers to get on top of my backlog recording auctions. You will not need any technical knowledge apart from basic use of a spreadsheet, and some basic web browsing, image saving and making some new folders.
This is how it will work.
You will get a ZIP file with a particular auction location and date. Within this file will be a link and instructions on how to view each lot within that auction. There will also be a spreadsheet with various headings and three folders, 4x4, 6x6 and other
Within these folders you will make a folder for each vehcile with arn-type. For example 49-400 - FFR or -987 - Unimog etc etc etc.
Within the folder for the vehicle, you save all the photos of the vehicle. Also any documents if there are any included with the auction.
In the spreadhseet you record the vehicle's details including make, model, year, VIN engine no and any other pertanent information that is included, or any obvious markings you can see in the photos.
Once it is all done, the zip file is sent back to me to add to the bigger DB.
This will help out moving remlr forward as I have done about 2.5 years of the auctons by mself and I NEED some help.
