25mm webbing staples

Where can I get the same or similiar 25mm webbing staples as used on the perenties for tie down points.
I have found them in 50mm and 38mm but not the required 25mm. I would have thought hardware store like bunnings or masters but have had no luck with either.
Also tried a few boating places as well as searching ebay (ebay is difficult as Im not exactly sure what they are called).
Any ideas where to get a pile of them would be great

I would think that the items you are looking for would be the same as what was fitted to Series land Rovers, cheers Dennis

Footman loops is the correct name, they're all over ebay.

Also outdoor blinds shops that install blinds will have them, Bunnings, Mitre 10 etc etc have them, very common

I can assure you bunnings don't have then I thought they was quite common too but doesn't seem like it.
Can try witworths tomorrow as I have a day off when they are open.

Tried whitworths yesterday they have something similiar that does the same job but looks different, the other boating shop in elizabeth street doesn't have the correct size and claims they can't get them. I never thought they would be so hard to find everyone I ask about them say they are easy to find I thought the same thing myself but they are so far proving quite elusive

Haven't worked out exact numbers kind of also depends on future mods too but currently about half a dozen are required

Hi, I got new webbing straps from Landybitz in Queensland.  Lookup landrover perentie parts on ebay and you'll find his store, get the number and give him a call he has a bunch of stuff. Cheers, David
