Does anyone have a Ex army Thomas winch sitting around "unloved" that could go to a good home ?

Thanks boys ,

I'm after a winch that would fit a Series 2A - A Thomas 6000lb with the 290mm drum.

I'm not familiar with this particular model and would be happy to learn from anyone out there that knows these winches.

Didn't the Series use a Bamford drum winch (and the Rover Capstan winch)? Hadn't heard of a Thomas 6000lb.

Howdy, Series 3 had a bamford, 2A's had a S.U.E or Thomas winch as per photo
