Hello everyone Major clews is a long way from been finsihed but I would like the equipment to be correct to the ERA . Also need the following equipment to go in the Aussie pack. 2 x KFS. 2x Dixie, 3x cup canteens. 5 x water bottles , 2x towels, 2 x entrenching shovels & 2x field dressing to finish the pack (also dated between 1960-1975). Not in a hurry yet to get all this. Happy if it comes with in a yr.. PS just let you know I have the bags and mosquito nets , hootches &webbing.

all the equipment you want is Vietnam issue and can be found cheaply on ebay except the field dressings which are in fact ww11 issue they are on ebay but prices vary up to $60 each . I just bought some to make up a kit for my ferret they can be got from os cheaper than here. :(

I used to have a shell dressing on my basic webbing so it gives you a lge dressing for first use and a couple of smaller field dressings to back it up in my back pack :)

Score I have one set of dixie for Major Clews and there in it's time frame. Large dixie is dated 69 and the small dixie is dated 72 (mix set) but that ok with me.
