wfc is absolutely correct.. Think 1960's / 70's Australian.
The part numbers though in the Inter parts book might be a bit helpful if your local parts shop isn't as knowledgable.
There were 2 brands of pump fitted.. both would be interchangable I would think since the engine blocks are all the same & the pump had to lever off the camshaft.
But the Carter is 84 838R93 complete pump // kit 114 881R92.. The Bendix Technic (more common) pump is 888 866R91 // Kit is 3207 832R91.. Your local Iveco Truck dealer should be able to cross reference these.. In most instances the kit is just a piece of tyre tube cut in a circle, a light spring & gasket goo..
From my memory, the difference in the pumps was that one had a fabricated pump arm & the other was a cast alloy.. but don't ask me which was which.
A common rectification was just to make a plate up to bolt over the hole in the block & fit an in-line electric pump.. For the puritans, take the lever out of the pump, re-bolt to the block & run the fuel lines through the pump as before, & fit the elctric pump in an obscure place (maybe??)
The only thing to be aware of is that the rubber diaphragm will let fuel into the sump if its leaking.
