I got mine from www.cambridgetechnologies.com.au.
They have an awesome range of equipment, including these plugs, plus they are in Australia.
The service I got was nothing less than fantastic, and it arrived overnight..

I bought a used one for $15 at the MILITARY JEEP CLUB OF QLD Swap meet on the weekend. Ken had another five of them when I last looked on Sunday.
