disassembling NATO plug

hello all,

I am currently dismantling a SIII FFR and need to remove the NATO plug from the steel plate (in order to remove the plate from the vehicle). Can anyone advise how the rear rubber insert (with wires) is removed? I'd rather not mess with it until I know what I'm doing.

You undo the screw collar at the back and then push it out the back.
