Yep. I believe Ian fabricated them using Dennis's technique for the creases. There was a how to thread way back.... maybe in our archive on AULRO.

Oops, nearly forgot. New door tops have been converted from S3 to S2A standard and are painted. Just need to fit glass & window locks when I get a chance.

Out and about embedding the brake shoes....

Dammed roadworthies !! how's a fifty year old vehicle design supposed to pass a modern decelerometer test thingie !!  The whole brake system is new too !! gosh dang it !!

Anyways.... I took the drums and shoes into a specialist today and hopefully having the shoes radial ground will fix things.... hmmm.....
